A 5 Nights / 6 Days journey through Srinagar - Gulmarg - Pahalgam - Sonmarg.
Arrival in Srinagar & Shikara Romance
Arrive at Srinagar airport, where our representative welcomes you and transfers you to your hotel / houseboat with a welcome drink. In the afternoon, stroll through the Mughal Gardens — Chashme Shahi, Nishat Bagh and Shalimar Bagh — and end the day with a dreamy shikara ride on Dal Lake. Dinner and overnight at the hotel / houseboat.
Sonmarg Day Excursion (approx. 98 km)
After breakfast, take one of the valley's most beautiful drives to Sonmarg, the 'Meadow of Gold' at 2,743 m, where snow-clad peaks rise straight behind the town and alpine flowers line the slopes. A pony ride to the year-round snows of Thajiwas Glacier is a lovely add-on (on direct payment). Return to your Srinagar houseboat by evening.
Srinagar to Gulmarg
Post breakfast, check out and drive to Gulmarg, the meadow resort once favoured by royalty. Ride the two-stage Gulmarg Gondola towards Apharwat Peak (on direct payment), try your hand at skiing in season, or simply wander the world's highest 18-hole golf course. Check in to your Gulmarg hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Gulmarg to Pahalgam
After breakfast, drive across the valley to Pahalgam, the Village of Shepherds, with breathtaking Himalayan views all around. Check in and spend the rest of the day together at leisure. Overnight in Pahalgam.
Pahalgam at Leisure
A full free day in this storybook town on the Lidder river. Take quiet walks or pony rides to nearby viewpoints, or visit the 12th-century Mamaleshwara Shiva temple just downstream. A candlelight dinner makes the evening special. Overnight in Pahalgam.
Departure via Srinagar Airport
After breakfast, the morning is free until your transfer to Srinagar airport, closing a honeymoon set in paradise.
