These terms and conditions govern your use of this website; by using this website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use this website.

Payment: The payment would have to be made in full at the time of making the booking and we reserve the rights to cancel the order if the full payment has been received without OTP or 3D secure password. The payment can only be made in INR

Acceptance: We accept Visa and MasterCard payments

Delivery: Upon completion of payment you will receive a confirmation on the check out page with a Ticket No or Order ID and confirmation of the "EVENT" Tickets will be dIspatched to you electronically to the email ID registered at the time of making a booking and will include an ORDER NO or TICKET NO within a period of 24 hours.

You will receive an email from Please add it to your safe senders list. You are requested to check your email Inbox / spam / Junk folder to locate and identify your booking. In the event if you have not received your booking confirmation within 72 working hours excluding Friday and Saturday you are requested to email customer service -  and provide us with details of the booking.

We cannot usually specify the dates on which you will receive tickets. If you do not inform us of the non-receipt of tickets within a reasonable time (ie: in any event at least 72 working hours from the time of your booking) we will have no liability to you.

This email can be carried as proof for the booking. Failure to turn up in the designated event location where the ticket can be redeemed or must be submitted shall be considered to be a last minute cancellation or no show and we reserve the right to deny any refund requests in such cases.

Pricing: The pricing on the website has been provided in AED and you would be charged in the local currency. Full payment can be made through the online booking channel and this would be reflected on your statement. Any discrepancies should be brought to light within 7 days of the transaction after which we would be unable to entertain any requests.

Cancellation Rights and Refunds: If you have not received the confirmation after 72 hrs, please email us along with the below details:

  • Date of booking
  • Time of Booking
  • Last 4 digits of credit card
  • Card Holder Name
