Welcome to AIS Holidays! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website located at https://aisholidays.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the AIS Holidays Private Limited). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site.

1. Use of the Site

1.1 Eligibility:

1.2 Account Registration:

2. Booking and Payments

2.1 Booking Process:

All bookings made through AIS Holidays are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

2.2 Payment Terms:

You agree to pay the total amount specified for your booking, including any applicable taxes, fees, and other charges. Payments must be made using the payment methods provided on the Site. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our cancellation policy.

2.3 Price Changes:

Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancellation by You:

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of your cancellation and the specific terms associated with your booking.

3.2 Cancellation by Us:

We reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time if we are unable to provide the services due to reasons beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer you an alternative or a full refund of the amount paid.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership:

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of AIS Holidays or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

4.2 Limited License:

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content on the Site without our prior written consent.

>5. Accuracy of Information of Services on the Web Site

While https://aisholidays.com/ strives to provide accurate service and pricing information, typographical errors may occur. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, https://aisholidays.com/ shall have the right, on our sole discretion, to modify the price of the services, or information of the service or to refuse or cancel any bookings placed.

6. Documentation

It shall be the sole responsibility of the guest to hold valid travel documents and statutory clearances, to enable the Guest to travel on the tour , such as passports, visas, confirmed air tickets, insurance and medical insurance certificates and other certificates including immigration clearance etc.3.1) Passport: Guests are to ensure possession of valid passport with sufficient blank pages. For few tours Events and incentive team collects your passport and submits it to various private entities or consulates on your behalf. During this process if passport gets lost or damaged, AIS Holidays Private Limited do not hold responsibility and is not liable to pay compensation/ refund/ claim as it does not have direct /indirect control on these authorities. ) Visa: All the guests are required to take the appropriate visas for going on the tour. We are visa facilitators and assist you for preparing Visa documents, submitting them & collecting the passports from the consulate. The decision to issue Visa is at the sole discretion of the respective consulate and company would not be responsible for the rejection of Visa for any reason whatsoever.) Photo ID: All guests are advised to carry the photo identification in the form of driving license, election ID card, PAN card and students must carry with them their school / college ID card. ) Travel Insurance; All the guests must purchase comprehensive Travel Insurance from AIS Holidays Private Limited to cover the likes of cancellation, personal injury and medical expenses, death, repatriation expenses, evacuation expenses, etc. Please take note that, in case of death of any guest all the arrangements for transportation of the dead body including procurement of the death certificate, post – mortem, repatriation of dead body and all personal effects, insurance claims, entire expense for making such arrangement etc. shall be made by the guest accompanying the deceased or known acquaintances of the deceased. AIS Holidays Private Limited or its tour managers shall not be responsible for extending any help for the same.) Immigration: Holding a valid visa only allows a guest to enter the respective country’s immigration point. Granting or rejecting the permission to enter a country is solely upon the discretion of the immigration authority, in cases of deportation/ interrogation/ rejection of permission to enter a particular country by the immigration authorities, the guest is not eligible for any refunds and compensations from Events and Incentives.

7. Hotels and Meals

If you wake up late and miss the breakfast or reach late or your flight is delayed or for any other reason whatsoever you miss any meal of the day, then you can make no claim of any meal or breakfast, which you have missed and not utilized.) While we endeavour to select the best quality restaurants for lunch/dinner halts in terms of food, sanitation facilities, hygiene, and service, the company has no direct control over their maintenance.)Facilities like mini bar, alcoholic beverages, laundry, paid television channels, telephone calls, etc. are not complimentary and if you use these facilities then you will have to pay for the same directly to the Hotel as these charges are not included in your tour price.) Any loss to hotel property knowingly or unknowingly will have to be borne by you and AIS Holidays Private Limited will not be held responsible for the same.

8. Change of Itinerary

All the rights to change the Itinerary before or after a guest books a tour are reserved by AIS Holidays Private Limited. Tour itinerary may change in case of force majeure conditions. Any additional charges, if applicable, are to be paid by the guest. Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, sport events, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights or railway, closure of / restricted entry at a place of sightseeing etc. can cause change in Itinerary. In that case suggested hotels may not be available. Thus, you may have to stay in alternate hotels or hotels in other cities. Any additional charges, if applicable, are to be paid by the guest. The actions, inactions, defaults or condition of tour participants in the group can also result in changed Itinerary. In case if any sightseeing is not done during the tour due to weather or any circumstances, AIS Holidays Private Limited will not be liable for refund.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AIS Holidays, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
