Day-by-Day Itinerary
A 5 Nights / 6 Days journey through Delhi - Manali - Delhi.
Departure from Delhi by Volvo
Report at the Volvo boarding point near Kashmiri Gate ISBT / R K Ashram by 5:30 PM and board the AC Volvo coach for an overnight journey of around 580 km towards Manali, as the plains slowly give way to cool mountain air.
Arrival in Manali & Local City Tour
Arrive in Manali around 6–7 AM; our representative will receive you at the Volvo stand and transfer you to the hotel. After a restful morning, set out at 3 PM to explore the historic wooden Hadimba Devi Temple (built in 1553) amid deodar forests, the Tibetan Monastery with its handwoven carpets, and the Club House. Evening free for Mall Road and IBEX Market. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Solang Valley Excursion
After breakfast, drive 13 km to Solang Valley, set between Solang village and Beas Kund with sweeping views of glaciers and snow-clad peaks. Known for its ski slopes and winter skiing festival, the valley offers paragliding, zorbing, horse riding and snow motorbiking (on direct payment). Return by evening for dinner and overnight in Manali.
Kullu – Manikaran – Kasol Day Trip
Post breakfast, head out on a full-day excursion of around 80 km along the Parvati river. Visit Manikaran at 1,737 m, renowned for hot sulphur springs sacred to both Hindu and Sikh pilgrims, and the riverside village of Kasol with its white-sand banks. En route, stop at the Vaishno Devi cave shrine, the Kullu shawl factory and the Angora rabbit farm; river rafting at Babeli is available as an optional activity. Return to Manali for dinner and overnight stay.
Manali at Leisure & Return Volvo
After a relaxed breakfast, check out by 12 noon (luggage can be kept at the reception). Spend the afternoon strolling Mall Road for shawls, antiques and handicrafts, or visit the Manali Sanctuary on your own. At 4 PM, board the Volvo from Manali private bus stand for the overnight journey back to Delhi.
Arrival in Delhi — Tour Ends
Arrive at Delhi ISBT around 6 AM, bringing your memorable Himalayan getaway to a close.
