Cochin to Munnar (approx. 4 hrs)
Our representative welcomes you at Cochin airport or Ernakulam railway station and drives you up to Munnar through a postcard route of pineapple gardens, rubber and spice plantations, and the Valara and Cheeyappara waterfalls. Check in to your hotel and unwind together amid the misty hills. Overnight in Munnar.
Munnar Full-Day Sightseeing
After breakfast, spend the day discovering Munnar — Mattupetty Dam and Lake, Echo Point, Kundala Lake, Photo Point, Eravikulam National Park (home of the Nilgiri Tahr), views of Anaimudi peak, the Tata Tea Museum, Blossom Hydel Park and a golden sunset at Pothamedu. An evening tea and spice trail makes a perfect romantic close. Overnight in Munnar.
Munnar to Thekkady — Periyar Wildlife
Post breakfast, journey through the Cardamom Hills to Thekkady. After check-in, enjoy a boat safari on Periyar Lake through the Periyar Tiger Reserve, visit a working spice plantation and wander the lively spice market of Kumily village hand in hand. Overnight in Thekkady.
Thekkady to Alleppey — Romantic Houseboat Night
After breakfast, drive down to Alleppey and board your private Kettuvallam houseboat. Lunch on board as you glide through lagoons, canals and the below-sea-level paddy fields of Kuttanad, watching village life slip by. A candlelight dinner under the stars, anchored mid-lake, makes this the most memorable night of the trip.
Alleppey to Cochin — Departure
Post breakfast, disembark at the jetty, take a final walk on Alleppey Beach and drive to Cochin for your drop at the airport or Ernakulam railway station — honeymoon memories packed for life.
